Here at BlackHound, we guarantee the quality of our straps with each product carefully examined before sending it to any of our customers.

However, in the unlikely event of manufacturing defects or poor craftsmanship. BlackHound will offer a 1-year warranty from your purchase date. Each case will be independently assessed to ensure flexibility for our customers. Do drop us an email at support@theblackhound.co with a picture attached so we can work together in resolving the issue.

Warranty will not cover any damages resulting from mishandling caused by yourself or any other 3rd party.
